Good, no nonsense solid Italian food. T-bone steak is a focus although the menu is much broader. Good service.

Very good food for a good price. Restaurant is outside if the tourist area. Staff speaks limited English and was a bit afraid of us. At the end, we got everything we wanted and had a good time there. :)

My wife and I shared the bistecca.. I know there are more famous places to get that classic, but they are booked days in advance. We got a reservation here right away, and it was perfect. I could not have imagined any better.

The internal layout is amazing but the food was well below average. Nice staff, one of whom replaced our main that was barely warm. Other reviews look ok so maybe the chef was having a bad day.

Most fun I had eating steak! Very delicious and succulent. Side dishes go well with the main course. The Italian wine selections are very good especially the one they recommended us. I will miss this place when I go back home!

One of the best piece of meat of my life. It won't be my last fiorentina! And great italian atmosphere, too! Not the quietest place in a Saturday evening :)

The food was pretty tasty but I have not given it a 4 or 5 stars for two reasons. First, we ordered a florentine steak and because it was just the 2 of us we wanted a small piece. At first the guy weighed the steak - 1.2kg. Do you have anything smaller? He looks a bit annoyed and picked up a much smaller piece and without even weighing it said it was 1kg. I'm sure it was a lot less than 1kg. We felt a bit ripped off by that. Second, and something I feel much strongly about, we were sitting right next to their meat counter and saw the lady behind the counter preparing the entree dishes of salads, cold cuts/cured meat and bread with her bare hands. If that's not bad enough, she also used the same bare hands to choose and pick the raw steaks for other customers. Then go back to her cold cut meats salads and bread. ALL WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. How unsanitary is that!?

I wasn't expecting much, and I was seriously surprised by the selection of traditional dishes prepared with really good quality ingredients. Good selection of wines from tuscany for pretty much any kind of pockets.

The famous stake is great and the other food too. Note that place is usually crowded, so you should to ask the reservation (better via the phone, because they didn't respond to my email)

Loved it. Simple, classic. Very unfussy. Beef was perfectly marbled. Sides were tasty. Not cheap, but worth it. Paid €120 for steak for 2, 1 app, 2 sides and a great €25 bottle of Chianti. Leaving full, happy and with leftovers.
