Great hotel, but the food could be better.

Stayed here 7 Oct. with a bus group. Room was an average 3.5 star but only giving this place 1-2 star as the total chaos at breakfast was a joke. Management seem to have sat down and worked out where to place everything so as to create maximum confusion, plus quality of the breakfast was not of the standard promoted in the website..

Stayed at this hotel while my husband was taken ill on holiday and ended up spending 11 days in Siena hospital.
The staff were wonderfull and very helpful keeping me in the same room my whole stay although they were very busy.response / report this review -

I stayed here for one night. The room was new and spotlessly clean. The lobby and bar looks new as well. It has free parking and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The only bad thing is it's a little far from most tourist attractions. 10 minutes drive if you have a car.

Great hotel with massive rooms. We stayed one night only while on tour. Very good breakfast selection. Good location, quiet and recommended.
