From the minute we stepped into the hotel the entire staff was amazing. The hotel manager upgraded us to a room with a balcony and view for no additional charge!! Everything was extremely clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! I would recommend staying at this hotel to everyone!

My experience in this hotel was not quite good.
For the price we paid the only valuable was the location and some guys from the hotel. Especilly thanks to RAFAEL.
The room was very dark, a lot of humidity and poorly cleaning.

The room was neat and clean. Had a very large and accommodating shower. The hotel is centrally located near the beach access and to all of the shops on the road leading up and down the Main Street. The staff was very helpful in reserving a driver for us coming in from Naples as well as on the return (120 euros each way but well worth it to see the views and not have to deal with the trains, buses, or hydrofoils). The staff was most attentive to our needs and recommended local off the beaten path restaurants and even made reservations for them on our behalf. They also stored our luggage after we checked out to allow us to continue to shop until our departure time that afternoon.

Unsanitary rooms, Discriminating service, and dishonest staff. On night one the man working the desk wouldnt let us in the hotel to sleep in our room because there was an internal miscommunication about how many people were paid for. The way he went about it was HORRIFIC. We entered the hotel around midnight and he immediately started yelling and acting aggressive. We were so confused and try to calm him down and understand his anger. Then he said went on an ANTI-AMERICAN rant. It was obscene that ,even tho we paid for our room, the man at the front desk wouldnt let us come in because he was hateful and angry. We had to sleep on the streets. We told the front desk woman the next day and they assured us we would be refunded. 3 weeks later we have no gotten the first night refund. When we were exited the last night the front desk man was coming to hotel on his moped. We passed him and he turned around and followed us for 15 minuets trying to intimidate us. There so many good places in positano AVOID THIS PLACE

Lovely place with great friendly staff. Ideally located in Positano with parking just outside (parking is a premium in Positano). Parking paid separately.

While we had 2 of the rooms with the tiniest windows and not much space to put our luggage, the breakfast was great and all the hotel staff were so helpful! Loved the location, would stay here again in a town facing room & would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)
