My partner and I just stayed 5 nights and loved the hotel. Stunning views, beautiful suites. Room 103 is exceptional. The hotel literally sits on the beach. Our room was the size of a small apartment. Very large balcony. Listen to the waves. Exceptional service. Antonio at breakfast helped make the trip special. However very poor internet. It drops constantly.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Ischia Ponte. The design of the outdoor and common areas are very stylish. The rooftop restaurant is great and offers an amazing view over the Castello Aragonese. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need any advice about other restaurant. Great water access from the sandy beach or from a dock. Another big plus is the water taxi station right next to the hotel. I would definetly come back. Minus one star just because of the price range compared to the room size. But that's Ischia during high season.

Beautiful white couched area near the pool to have a sneaky cocktaillovely and clean and great drinks but service a little bit slow and you can sometimes have difficulty catching a waiters eye but this is laid back Italy after all

Generally clean and pleasant stay but not a 5-star. Some staff friendly, others not. Room was nice but not refined and a bit "plastic". We had a better check-in and entry at a hotel for half the cost on the same island. Check out experience was very unpleasant with the hotel reception hanging up on us when we questioned the unnecessarily expensive chauffeur driver they organised when we simply asked for a taxi to the port. Overall decent stay and service but if you're looking for a quality stay then look elsewhere

Le restaurant de l'hôtel est de très très bonne facture. Nous y avons dîné le mardi 11 octobre 2016, nous avons eu un très très bon accueil, des plats de grande qualité et un vin équivalent. Le service à été plus que parfait. Je vous recommande vivement cette adresse !

Everyone was so eager to please! ALL services were excellent, from the spa facilities up to mid day cocktails lounging around! Would definitely go back.
