This hotel is really old and run down. The staff are not that friendly. My reservation said free breakfast, but they refused to give it to me. Half the lights in the room did not work. The WiFi constantly disconnects. Be careful about the restaurant. They charge you a 2 Euro service fee per person, even if you are not eating. My friends came along with me while I ate. We told the waiter that they are not eating. She said that's ok, but still added the charge to the final bill. When I asked her about it, she got quite rude and said that's the charge and too bad. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Stay away!

It's a really old hotel in a poor neighbourhood! The staff is great but the room is really basic. Note tag to get to the hotel you need to go through really narrow streets so if you have a large car or van you might have some trouble getting to the hotel.

Sinceramente non capisco chi ha descritto questo splendido hotel come un albergo da 2 stelle, la mia camera era stupenda con parquet e pareti tappezzate in moquette bordeau, 2 letti a 2 piazze, camera enorme,un bel tavolino intagliato, mille comodità e ottima colazione, nulla da ridire, stupendo

Very minimal. No mobile signal, wifi doesn't work, the room is often hot when you return, because to activate the lights and AC, you must insert your key into a port by the door. There's a restaurant serving decent food which might open if you ask nicely, and a bar area which serves beer & house wine only.

I stayed here because it was walking distance to the observatory where my meeting was and I didn't want to deal with the Naples cab drivers, but don't recommend it.
