Posto veramente bello personale molto gentile a partire dalla signora Marisa della reception ai camerieri di sala.
Si mangia bene ed è un posto elegante un "VERO 4 ****"
Da ritornarci volentieri😊😊😊
Un suggerimento: il buffet di mezzogiorno è un po' scarso, secondo me dovreste mettere anche un po 'di affettati misti e un po'di mozzarella di bufala che penso sarebbero molto graditi agli ospiti.
Comunque è un bell' hotel. Vale la pena andarci😉😉

We stayed three nights in this hotel and left completely satisfied.

The rooms were clean and modern, the bathrooms light and large. The one thing that could be improved are the hair dryers.
The restaurant was very light, the quality of service, food and wines was excellent.
We went on a round trip so we did not have more than one hour of visiting the beach of Hotel Le Palme but found it to be very neat and comfortable.
We can only recommend Hotel Le Palme.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte im Hotel Le Palme und waren vollumfänglich mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Das Zimmer war hell und geräumig und verfügte über einen schönen Balkon, auch das Bad war groß und zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sowohl Zimmer als auch Bad waren absolut sauber. Vebesserungpotential bestünde gegebenenfalls noch beim Fön, dieser war etwas ineffektiv.

Das Restaurant war groß und sowohl die Menüs am Abend als auch das große Frühstücksbuffet mit zahlreichen Wahlmöglichkeiten waren zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Der Service war sehr kompetent bei der Beratung für den richtigen Wein und auch im Übrigen sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend.

Den Strand des Hotels Le Palme besuchten wir, da wir viele Tagesreisen unternahmen, nur für eine Stunde, weshalb sich das Urteil auf diese kurze Erfahrung stützen muss: sehr sauber und gepflegt und ein angenehmes Badeerlebnis.

Die Hotelbar eignet sich optimal, um einen Abend angenehm ausklingen zu lassen.

Aus diesem Grunde von meiner Seite eine Empfehlung für das Hotel Le Palme, das wir bei künftigen Besuchen in der Region gerne wieder wählen werden.

Struttura moderna e dotata di tanti comfort. Staff eccezionale, sempre pronto alle esigenze dei clienti.
Piscina spettacolare, grandissima (semi-olimpionica) moderna e rifinita ottimamente. Il cibo ottimo con tanti inserimenti locali e tipici, tra le quali la mozzarella D.o.p.
WiFi in tutte le aree potente.
Il lido, in ultimo, tenuto benissimo e riammodernato da poco tempo. Prezzi nelle media ma servizio superiore.

We know this hotel for over 7 years right now but this year I got some disappointed. If you're looking for a peaceful stay in Italy during your summer vacations it's not the right place. The pool is only silent and peaceful early in the morning before the horrible noise from "animazione" starts. It's so loud and cacophonic it hurts. Besides the music choice this year, reagge the whole time, was pitiful and really annoying. And it's only directed to Italian speakers, if you can't speak Italian forget it or play clown. The pool is good and clean but not peaceful at all. The rooms are well cleaned (very friendly staff!) and only silent facing the front of the hotel. If you get one at the back, where the pool is, the noise at night will be annoying. I can't sleep with loud bad music running outside. The restaurant is too small and since some years many small and loud children compose the guests which mean non peaceful meals either If you get a table next to one of these families with loud children, forget it We changed table and got one just underneath the air conditioner Bad luck, the last three days I was forced to eat wearing a leather jacket Food is good if you're not picky. The beach is not clean, that's often bad. Sometimes, with luck, the trash aren't to be seen but sadly the amount of litter people throw into the seas in the region seems to be not disappearing faster as tourists may like. The short distance between beach and hotel is a plus but this years the amount of people selling things around you at the beach was ridiculous. They do not respect your private sphere, almost throw their stuff onto your face, stare at you and even use the seats of the hotel to make their pauses! Again, annoying to say the least! And again the loud music of the animazione at beach as well Chaos. Not a peaceful place at all anymore -- sadly. One star for the clean facilities, another for good food and one for the friendly staff (some speak perfect German as well! That's for us very important) but nothing else.

Best hotel I have stayed at. Beautiful and great customer service. The overnight manager Carlo is one of the most friendly person in the customer service industry I have ever met. If you are like me and wake up early before the continental breakfast, he will even make you an espresso or cappuccino and talk with you. Best hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. 10 out of 5 star!
