Delizioso hotel al centro di Taormina. La stanza era un poco piccola ma molto gradevole e arredata con gusto. Molto buona la colazione, servita in un gazebo in un piccolo spazio verde che di sera funge da bar e da piccolo ristorante.
All'ultimo piano c'è una piccola piscina e un solarium.
Unico problema, non c'è un parcheggio, ma questo è ovviabile grazie al servizio di valet parking al costo di 20 euro.response / report this review -

The room is spacious, although I'm unenthusiastic about the decoration. The service is pretty good, although they needed to hold onto my passport for some hours (because I arrived early).
Another review mentioned that they charge €1 EUR per towel. However, they did leave a beach/pool towel in my room (and had plenty by the swimming pool). The view from the swimming pool was beautiful.
The location was excellent. The breakfasts was adequate. I'd stay here again.

This is the typical case of a hotel were the online pictures don't match reality, I chose it because the pool looked amazing but in reality it was super small and depressing. We arrived to Taormina at around 4pm, parking is a nightmare, far, inconvenient, and the hotel doesn't have any arrangements with nearby parking lots, like other hotels in the area. There is no place to stop with the car, to take the luggage out and then go park. We went upstairs to the pool and noticed there were no towels, we went back to the room and there were no instructions on how to call the reception, so we went downstairs and were told we had to pay $1 per towel, which is ridiculous, it's not about the amount, I could care less when I'm paying that much per night, but it's the costumer experience. We pay the 2 euros for 2 towels, go upstairs and the water is ice cold so we go back downstairs to return the towels and the girl says "we already charged you so you can keep them for tomorrow morning". I respond "are you going to heat up the pool overnight? If not, I'' not paying for towels I'm not using". She reluctantly took them back with an attitude plus the pool closes at 6pm!
The room and the bathroom was fine, we had two rooms and in one the tv did not work and the AC was stuck at 24 degrees, my mother didn't tell me that until we left, so we didn't get a chance to ask for a new, fully functioning room.
Lastly, they force you to leave your key at the reception when you leave, which made me feel extremely unsafe. They school you about how important it is and all I could think is "you want to know when I'm not there to take a look at my things!" Maybe it's me being paranoid, but we stayed at 9 hotels in or trip of Southern Italy and this was the only one with this policy.

Hotel in pieno centro a Taormina, ideale per chi vuole godersi appieno questa piccola città . Piscina con vista panoramica sulla baia di Taormina a dir poco stupenda!!!

Hotel Favoloso! Visitandolo quello che salta subito all'occhio è la piscina esterna posta all'ultimo piano della struttura.. incantevole.. mai provata prima! Le stanze sono accoglienti e il personale è veramente in gamba per una struttura che sicuramente va oltre le aspettative. La cucina è ottima e variegata.. poi la cornice di Taormina fa da ciliegina sulla torta! Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.. spero di tornarci quanto prima.
