Posto fantastico ,dalla terrazza si vede il duomo di Firenze Piscina d'estate personale gentile e disponibile ,ristorante eccellente

La posizione collinare ma comunque nelle immediate vicinanze di Firenze e di Prato ,danno un valore aggiunto , alla permanenza in hotel.

Неуютные номера. Нет холодильника. Нет сейфа. На полу голый кафель. В номере на двоих два больших полотенца, одно маленькое и какие-то тряпочки, правда чистые и поглаженные. Решетку вентилятора не чистили лет 10.
WI-FI - 2€ на час (не верьте рекламе). Персонал груб. С 50€ дала сдачу 28€ и тут-же убежала. С трудом дозвался, и на мое замечание кинула на стойку 20€ с презрительным "ОК?"
Слава богу я здесь провел всего одну ночь.response / report this review -

Very helpful staff and a nice hotel out of the way of your normal tourist. Rooms are a little basic but have air conditioning &a tv. The pool is also good.

Very nice room, nice terrace. Pool was temporarily out of order. Excellent staff, speak good English, very helpful, polite and competent. The setting is beautiful with an excellent view in an upscale neighborhood, but comes with a price in that all roads leading to it are circuitous and narrow. Good value.
