Food ok but staff were rude and unwelcoming. The bar was badly run and customer service was bad. No clean glasses. Barman talking to friends on phone and kept wandering off despite the fact there was a queue.

Although just an overnight stop the lack of staff made this an unenjoyable experience service was appalling dining room and bar. The room was acceptable though with the odour think someone had been smoking in room an attempt to camouflage left this most horrible smell

There is no free wifi ( one € per hour ) , there are dirty walls , at the adjacent rooms there were people who were very loud and the hotel employees didn't do something to stop it !!! Also the food is awful !!!An extremely dirty hotel they dont take care of their customers ,are very impolite, they do not even speak elementary English . The pool is very dirty , this is not a hotel for 4 stars . Maximum 0

Very disappointing.
Like a cheap package tour of the. 60's. Herded like cattle. No choice of meals. Walls of rooms heavily marked. New bathroom furniture but overall aspect very tatty. Just here for a couple of nights on tour - Thank God!. This is advertised as a 4 star hotel but I have stayed in much nicer hostels.response / report this review -

Hotel is old and dark. The toilet is clean with bathtub but the ceiling cracks badly. The windows is broken so it cannot be open for fresh air. TV is hanged 1ft away from the ceiling and is very good of you want to break ur neck while watching.
The breakfast look so undelicious and it is good if you want to go on diet.

The worst hotel anyone could have been.! Dirty toilets on the ground floor, awful airconditions in the rooms (not working or making noise), bad smell everywhere, no free wifi (they ask you to pay 1€ per hour although they advertise free wifi) no insulation (you could hear noise from the room next to yours), bad food and breakfast and definetely not a 4 star hotel!

NO free wifi! Poor room conditions, has mosquito. There are flies in the restaurant. Worth two- star grade
