Lovely hotel. Rooms are good sizes. Breakfast is delicious. Only downside is no wifi signal in our rooms. Only in the lobby

Unfortunately did not stay here. Cost €35 to get to from Florence. Hotel is on an industrial/shopping/warehouse site. Not near Florence at all. No bus or taxi info. Had to walk to nearest shopping mall and get taxi back to Florence which was another €44 no one spoke English. Didn't even check in to hotel.

The plugs don't accept euro converter. WiFi is only in communal areas very bad transport links, the decoration make Soviet union look colourful

(View from room) . It is okey. . Around 7 miles from main florance city. But train station is about 12 mints walk from hotel. And return ticket cost €5.20/- pp.. .

Pas d'eau chaude durant les deux soirées.

Hotel carino ma comodo per soggiorni brevi 1-2 notti al massimo!
15 min. dal centro di Firenze!

Personale disponibile, camere piccole ma pulite.
Colazione non molto varia ma offrono cappuccino/caffè del bar e non delle solite macchinette.

Unica pecca sopratutto per giovani non è dotato di servizio wi-fi.

The hotel location is far from any touristic sites. Upon return to the hotel at around 11pm the key would not open the door of the room. The front desk clerk stated there was no manager available as 'he is sleeping at home' and we would have to sleep in another room without any access to any our belongings and a locksmith would arrive in the morning to try and open the door. The front desk clerk said we could even 'call Obama but we will not be getting in our room until morning'. The hotel gave a EUR10 discount for the troubles. DON'T STAY HERE.
