Conveniently located, very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful and hospitable, everybody speaks English. Free WiFi works perfectly. Good continental breakfast.

NEVER AGAIN!!
I would rather pay extra but not this hotel. Breakfast is really worth anything and the WiFi is not available in the room near to reception. I regret making this poor choice.
I learned my lesson, so don't make the mistake unless you,re trying save money.response / report this review -

The hotel is fine, the entrance is quite scary, I felt very puzzled when I arrived. But once you understand how things work everything gets fine. Rooms are very clean, staff is super super kind, specially the lady in charge of breakfast. Rooms are small but comfortable. It's very well located, the Hop on Hop off buss stops very close and that was very convenient. Also Roma Termini is like 15 min away (walking), and streets feel secure.

Very lovly staff, nice rooms😘 perfect for city trips. recommendablebut only 2 Stars review, why?
Wifi is very very slow/useless. You cant plan or organize your trips or can't booking Tickets with this Internet connection. (0,01 Mbits)
only one power socket 😲 in a multi user doubleroomðŸ˜
Water heater doesnt work.
Breakfast: typical Rom, useless👎 🤢.
Dry toast, coffee brrrrr, cheese spread. Cereals ok.

I've stayed here several times and Marianna is amazing. She has always made us feel at home. This is the only place I stay when I go to Roma.

Great location relative to tourist locations in Rome, clean and comfortable quiet rooms, really friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast services, generally a great place. Far better than we were expecting for the price we paid.

We came to Rome this summer, and there was nowhere to stay. We found this small hotel. The hostess of the hotel and the staff were very kind with us. They helped us in everything.
This hotel made in the best English tradition and located in the center of Rome. I recommend Giuliana Hotel.

We found this lovely hotel online after reading through many reviews, and chose it because we wanted somewhere small and personal, in easy reach of many of the attractions we wished to visit, and at a reasonable cost. We were not disappointed. To say the staff were friendly and welcoming would be an understatement. They made us feel at home, like 'old friends', throughout our stay, providing us with advice and help whenever it was needed. They booked two tours, to Vatican City and the Colosseum, for us before we left England, which were both superb, and provided maps and advice regarding finding other sights on our 'must see' list. Our rooms were more than adequate for our needs, both well- appointed with en suite bathrooms, clean and, thankfully, with efficient air conditioning. We did use the metro a little, but mostly were able to comfortably walk to places such as several of the Basilicas, the Pantheon, Galleria Doria Pamphilj, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. Rome is a beautiful, amazing city which, to relative strangers to foreign travel could be very daunting, but thanks to this hotel and staff, we enjoyed a wonderful week (too short) which we will always remember. The hotel is located about 10-12 min walk from the Termini station, which is the central station in Rome. The manager Ashwin, checked us in at noon, which was great since we arrived at 8:30 am by flight. We were also allowed to keep our luggage after we checked out, till 4 pm, which was beneficial for us in planning our day without dragging the luggage around. The breakfast was decent for being free.

This was our first visit to Rome and we were so glad we chose to stay here! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff( especially Jean) were very nice and helpful. We wanted to tour the Vatican and the Colosseum. She took care of all the arrangements for us. The location was central to all of the key places we wanted to see and just a short walk from Termini station.
