Pros:
The hotel is in a very good location, the sea-view from the terrace of the room was great. They offered us sea-view rooms for free, even if they tried to charge it extra. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast for 5 euro was great. Thanks to misunderstanding of the breakfast time, we have seen the center of Amalfi in the morning hours.
Cons:
Spending the whole day outdoors in December, we would have liked a warmer place. The staff might think of offering some electric radiators for their guests during winter (the room could have been heated only by the AC).

We had a beautiful room with an amazing view, that would be hard to beat! Antonio was a kind and gracious man who did his best to please, upgrading our room upon request, organising tours and transfers to various destinations near by. We loved our 6 nights at Bellevue!

Our stay in this hotel was great!
The room was big and the terrace outside was perfect for sunbathing and just enjoying the seawiev. Also the room was very clean and well taken care of on a every day basis.
Breakfast was good, homegrown tomatoes, lemons. The owners and the staff took really good care of us during our stay here. We look forward to come back!

I can't say enough about The Hotel Bellevue Suite. I have stayed there many times and I will be returning in June 2016. The Hotel is immaculate and the service you receive is some of the Best. Tommaso and Antonio are real Gentleman

Amazing views, incredibly clean but they have weird rules as if you are on a school camp. No food or drinks to be brought into the rooms or from outside the hotel and the hotel is locked up at 11:30. The manager will try to push is horrendously overpriced extra services on you. Coffee is €5, or you can have the full breakfast experience of sweaty cheese, a stale crossiant and a coffee for €5. There are other reviews that have worst experiences but from staying here they seem to be 100% true and likely

The views and the staff were very nice to my wife, baby and I. We stayed here for the SanAndrea procession the last day of Nov, during low turismo season. The breakfast was great and plentiful and the views of the ocean were amazing.
If you're not driving you can take a public bus into town I would not recommend walking on the main narrow road.
-- I had to come back to this review and give this place 5 stars. We have had a bit of the flue, and on our last morning they brought us coffee to our room and the staff, both night and day staff were some of the friendliest Italians I have met.
If you're traveling with babies and/or kids, I would encourage you to stay here.
I'm definitely coming back!

I stayed in this hotel 1 week during August 2016.
I cannot recommend it.
I do also recognize the comments about the missing service - especially from the father.
The WIFI was working very poorly - App. every second day for a couple of hours - If you were lucky.
The breakfast was the same all seven days. No changes at all.
I was charged twice for the accomodation and still have not received my Money, though it is almost three weeks since I returned.
Amalfi Coast is a wonderful place, so please go there, but do not choose this hotel

I stayed here during my stay in Amalfi and the staff was nothing but super helpful and extremely kind to me. One staff member that really stood out to me was Antonio. I arived to amalfi late at night and wasn't sure how to get to the hotel so I called and he said not to worry and came to pick me up. If I needed help with anything or needed to print out tickets he was super understanding and did the best he could to help me for my next stop. Would recommend to anyone searching for a place to stay
