This hotel blocks access to the beautiful public beach with rock formations (Faraglioni di Puglia). Shame on them.

The hotel is terrible, it costs a fortune and simply doesn't value what they charge + they don't invest a thing in the place (it's literally a time capsule to the 1950s). I strongly recommend you to stay away from this hotel because of the following:
- Don't trust the pictures of the rooms on Booking because they look much better than what it is in reality - no candles, no flowers and they don't have pictures of their ugly bathrooms. Basically the rooms are super small, the furniture is very ugly and old, mattress quality is terrible and the towels look like from a 2-star hotel. We were stayed in a Comfort Room but is nothing like what they show in the pictures, believe me.
- Breakfast has a lot of variety but very poor quality, nothing particularly tasty. We went to have dinner once in the restaurant of the hotel and my wife was sick because she ate an old Mozzarella di Bufala. Also, that meal which the worse of the trip, cost 75€ + drinks!! It seems like a joke but it's not!
- No wifi in the rooms - hello 21st century!!
- Don't fall by the location or the view (as I did!). We were in our honeymoon and it was the worse hotel we stayed by far and also the most expensive one! They treat us just like any other customer and as it's not a cheap hotel, we paid a fortune in the end.
Not going back, not going to recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it!response / report this review -

Questo Hotel si è appropriato di una tra le più belle baie d'Italia che appartiene al demanio pubblico e ne vieta l'accesso al visitatore giornaliero anche se disposto a pagare il transito come il sottoscritto che con la sua famiglia ieri è stato respinto, una vergogna che non deve esistere e viola pesantemente la legge 828 del codice civile. Quest'azienda deve essere richiamata penalmente ed io farò il possibile perchè lo sia. Qui la violazione: legge 27 dicembre 2006, n. 296, articolo 1, comma 251, che stabilisce "l'obbligo per i titolari delle concessioni di consentire il libero e gratuito accesso e transito, per il raggiungimento della battigia antistante l'area compresa nella concessione, anche al fine della balneazione"

Cadre magnifique, mais c'est tout. Les chambres sont microscopiques, le mobiler sale et vieux, la plage est une arnaque. Après une journée de route, j'ai préféré repartir que rester dans cet endroit. Je déconseille fortement
