Posto incantevole moderno e molto rilassante.un po' lontano dai centri abitati che sono raggiungibili in 20 minuti di macchina. Ottima cucina e personale più che gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.
Colazione abbondante e varia. Un consiglio a chi gestisce la struttura: si deve trovare una soluzione alle mosche nella sala ristorante!!!!. La piscina è sempre a disposizione, ma non c'è obbligo di doccia ne sorveglianza, a discapito dell'igiene e della sicurezza. Ai clienti con più pernottamenti si potrebbe far provare la SPA. Pessima esperienzanon ci riandremo mai più!!!! Avevo prenotato un weekend per 2 persone con colazione e SPA inclusela sera abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante dell'hotelma abbiamo speso una cifra esagerata per i servizi offerti!!! Innanzitutto non abbiano potuto usufruire del percorso benessere perché la pioggia forte ha creato un blackout nel centro SPA e, nonostante questo, abbiamo comunque pagato il relativo servizio!!! Inoltre abbiamo pagato un conto troppo elevato al ristorante nonostante abbiamo preso poche portate (soprattutto verdure, bruschette ed insalata!!) ed i prezzi sul menù fossero diversi!!! Per fortuna i camerieri erano molto gentili e professionali!! Per non parlare del servizio wi-fi che durava poche ore e non prendeva quasi mai!!! Infine la receptionist sfoggiava una finta e forzata gentilezza, senza prestare alcuna attenzione alle esigenze del cliente!! Abbiamo buttato al vento i soldi spesi..non lo consiglio assolutamente!!!

Let's start for what we liked. The room was OK, balcony had views to the olive trees across the road and we could see the sunset. Bathroom is fine, a bit outdated. What we did not like, the place tries to sell it self as a 4 star hotel but is not there by far. Does not have enough staff, restaurant is quite limited and the food is not good, is just OKand if you are in the middle of the mountain, it should at least have a good restaurant. The place is quite noisy around the pool and the entrance as they have loud speakers with bad music. They advertise to have free Wi-Fi which is half truth, as you can only sign in for 3 consecutive hours a daythat is what I call deceiving advertising and should be noted before hand. We knew the beach was far from the hotel and we were OK with it, although the indications to drive to it were wrong, so unless you take the shuttle you may find yourself going to another beach. On top of everything they had large ongoing renovations on our floor which we did not find a about it at the front desk but until we got to our room. It's supposed to be a quiet and family friendly space but unfortunately it is not.

Posto fantastico davvero bello personale preparato, molto educato e il posto incute una pace interiore! Posto davvero rilassante! Uno degli hotel più belli di vieste! È anche sala ricevimenti quindi vi lascio immaginare! Si mangia divinamente! Bellissima anche la piscina all esterno e la SPA all interno dell hotel!

Pessimolo sconsiglio perché non ha nulla di un 4 stelle sportello doccia bloccato e phon malfunzionante, una tripla rifilata ad un prezzo sproporzionato e spacciata per una mini suite, personale impreparato e spa poco apprezzabile .. non ci tornerei nemmeno gratis! Dimenticavo..
Da non portarsi i cellulari perché tanto non prendono

Bell hotel tranquillo, con tanto verde, piscina discreta e piccola Spa funzionale. Buona cucina varia e raffinata, ottimo servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato
