  You get what you pay for. My so called travel agent (Broadway Travel Resevoir) booked me into this hotel, it was supposed to be 3.5 star. I give it one. Noisy, found towels dirty, fridge not plugged in, no where to plug it in. Air con so old and noisy. Complained about shower as it was blocked. Said they would fix it, we arrived on the Sunday, left on the Tuesday and still not fixed. Water was up to our ankles while showering and even had disgusting hair bits come up from the pipe. The Breakfast is very basic with a little fruit available. It would have been nice if it was fresh and not something that's been sitting there for days. The only thing going for it is the location. Building very old and in desperate need of new plumbing and new furnishings. Stayed in this hotel late July 2017.

  Great location, friendly staff. Perfect for a short trip (4 nights) as our room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. Only 10 minutes from the colosseum and on a road full off cafes, bars, restaurants, ice cream, shops etc.

  One plug socket in the entire room, and the fridge was plugged into that how are we meant to charge phones laptops etc.
  Breakfast good, would have liked some fresh fruit like apples.
  Staff friendly and happy to help.
  Toilet cistern drips.

  Very nice staff, only one plug docket in the whole room (where the fridge is plugged in) ants in bedroom and bathroom
