Very traditional style hotel situated on the Via Nazionale. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely quiet and comfortable rooms, and all round excellent experience. The only negative was the scrambled egg wasn't great. But with so many other things to choose from at breakfast time, it's hardly a deal breaker. If you need a hotel in a busy part of Rome within walking distance of all the most iconic landmarks, look no further than the Hotel Quirinale!
Great location, clean comfortable room. Great staff on front desk. Very past time glamour. Have had a lovely week here.
Excellent location, excellent staff service and very friendly. Great food, wine and drinks. Great Hotel! Nice and elegantly decorated. And just a few steps from the Tour bus stations.
Really nice quiet hotel. Old but great. Rooms are really nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend staying there.
Just got back from Rome and this hotel was amazing, it's in perfect location to all sites that need to see. The room was clean even under the bed when the wife lost an earring, not a spec of dust. We had the executive room which was huge. You get a lot a serial moaners leaving reviews were not one of them at all we're plan people that don't moan because they simply like to. Breakfast was ok not the best but it's breakfast. Value for money 100%. Only down full was they have happy hr which isn't happy hr like we thought it's just u get a few picky foods free when you order a drink, but ain't enough to make this hotel lose a star like some fools on here think it is. You want a brilliant hotel in Rome then go here
Great place with 19th century old world charm, great restaurant and court yard, close to alot of cool stuff. 15-20 minute walk to Coliseum, if you can avoid slowing down and taking in the cool little neighborhoods along the way.
Massive hotel, good rooms, central location close to Metro stations. Nice buffet breakfast.
Good: Perfect location with metro access 1 min away. Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish fountain are all at walking distance. Ambiance is authentic Rome style that makes you feel living at a opera theater.
Bad: Even though we got quiet room on top floor away from road as requested, it was still noisy due to trains running nearby. It feels like Windows shake.
One these reviews aren't baring in mind is that we are in Italy, where it's known that hotels look and feel a little older and more traditional. Our stay was pleasant, but not spectacular. The rooms were lovely with some cute finishing touches. And the hotel itself was very well positioned and grand. However, our sleeping was a little challenged with very thin walls and weak air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but not great. And the service in the room felt sloppy - with things being missed regularly.
Overall, we're glad we came but would potentially try other hotels in the area.
I had the pleasure of staying on two separate occasions and both times were excellent. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The food was amazing. And yes the rooms are a little dated, but I felt the history of Rome and for me, it added to the ambiance. The only real issue was parking, but it's a major metropolitan area, so it is to be expected as in any other big city.
