The location is nice if you are traveling by train. The hotel is also close to the lovely downtown area, and near many fantastic restaurants. The rooms are dated however for the price not bad.

Nice accommodations with a helpful front desk and a good breakfast included in the room price. You can slightly hear the trains passing because it's so close to the station, but it didn't keep me up at night. We found the wifi to be a bit spotty and the neighborhood to be a bit rough. It's only a short walk to be in a beautiful area of town near the main square though. I would stay again.

Awesome, I had a good time there,room neat,clean towels,it was great.the staff helpful, called taxi's for me anytime. Breakfast buffet nice just that the available bread was white bread only. I would love to go back there again. Please provide whole grain bread in the future.

Our room was very small, full of flies and there was mold growing on some of the walls and appliances. The parking that was included in the room was apparently not available because of renovations, so we had to pay for our own parking in a very shady lot two streets away. The staff doesn't seem to know much about the city. We asked for a nice place to eat that also had take out to which they replied "go to the city center, you'll find something".

Stayed at Residence Cavour, they tryied to fool us with obscure info about additional fees: 20€ for USING the apartment's kitchen (while it was declared we would have payed only if left dirty), 49€ as "deposit" (not yet returned), they wanted me to sign a blanck form (they said "we'll fill it up later") and then they turned very rude when we asked to fill it up in front of us, on the website they declared they had free bikes (the main reason we choose them) but they did not have any! Only bright side: nice location. Avoid this place if you do not want to be fooled.

Personnel very kind and accountable but temperature in the hotel was really too high (more than 25° during winter). We shut off a/c and opened windows for 2 days and temperature was still too high to sleep comfortably

Stayed 1 night, Staff was very helpful in getting checked in. Great location minutes walk from the main train station. Parking garage but for an additional cost like 5 euro or so.. worth it if you drove. The breakfast was very good, great selection.
Now for the reason of the missing stars; heat control was set on high and the in room controls didn't work so it was very warm but with the window wide open it balanced out to a bearable temp. Beds were hard old and could feel the springs through the padding and the pillows were flat. The TV was an old set top box 19" and was only able to get it to turn on once. The bathroom was OK until you got in the shower where you will notice a shower head blocked by calcium deposits and broken adjustment slide (to change the hight of the shower head) and to top it off there was a little bit of black mold. So for 55€ not a bad place to overnight. If your going to stay awhile look elsewhere.response / report this review -

We were only there overnight but was nice and clean ,staff were helpful and the room was very nice , buffet breakfast was good, free car park out the back hotel.☺☺☺
