A fairly decent hotel that provides the most essential things that you would expect; a comfy bed, warm shower, wardrobe, WiFi and self service coffee. It's a budget hotel and there are no facilities for lunch or dinner but breakfast options are there.
One thing I would have expected to see was a kettle in your room. You have to go down to the ground floor every time you want a coffee. It's free so I guess you can't complain too much. But overall the customer service was good.response / report this review -

Good location being a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Parma. Typical Ibis styles hotel, though breakfast costs extra and the beds are a little on the firm side.

We had a nice stay here. The rooms are good and not that expensive. Room service is good. The hotel is near the centre. Free WiFi.

Solid choice for visitors to EFSA. Hotel is moderately priced, clean and has good location within reasonable walking distance of EFSA & downtown. Breakfast is quite good. Drawbacks were some deferred maintenance issues and persistent low hum of air circulation in my room.
