I have never stayed in the hotel but the restaurant is good.

This hotel is supposed to be a 5-star hotel but I think this rating was from back in the 1990’s. The decor is old fashioned but more importantly, the phone and lighting in the rooms are almost impossible to use. The phone has no directions on how to call the front desk so I had to use my cell phone. The lights require your key but not all the lights work and cannot be controlled by nearby switches when the card key is in the slot. The bathroom, although it has marble everywhere which is nice, the layout and function ability is poor-fair. In order to use the air conditioning, I had to ask the front desk to turn it in even though there is a controller in the room. It cannot be adjusted except by calling the front desk. Ugh. The best part is that the hotel is central but that is about it. I would not be prone to stay here again. My 2 cents.

Big and comfy rooms. Amazing breakfast (the food is super fresh and tasty). Very helpful and nice staff.

For me is the best hotel on Parma. Very fancy, perfect service, comfort room, good breakfast, on a nice location. Restaurant is also nice.
