  During the first months of Covid I developed the need to look for an independent single-family solution with extra rooms for private study and garden.
  I found a free independent villa immediately in the area of ​​interest for my work.
  Not having the entire sum available, I would first have to sell 3/4 small real estate units, and then try a proposal with the additional burden of following all the visits and subsequent transfers.
  Thanks to Casa & Style and its owner Angelo I managed to:
  - block the solution found on the market with a compromise of 12 months
  - sell 3 apartments at market prices in 60 days without having to organize a meeting. At that time I was settled in London, but thanks to the CRM of Casa & Style I followed all the appointments (more than 60) with the relative feedback through a convenient link.
  - anticipate the deed 6 months before the compromise expires
