This is a lovely little design hotel on the shores of Lake Como. It has secure parking.
The restaurant is excellent and not to be missed.
The staff are very very friendly making the stay here very relaxed and enjoyable.
The rooms are so lovely that if physics would allow it, we would taken one home with us.

Filario is the second place we've stayed on Lake Como. The other was Grand Hotel Tremezzo, and other than Tremezzo having a full spa and a pool that is itself submerged in the lake, Filario wins on all other counts. The rooms are simple and gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the restaurant is also excellent (if not pricey). We booked the junior suite which had amazing views and a nice little pool on the large deck at a reasonable (for Lake Como) price. When we come back to Lake Como, I'd be surprised if we weren't staying here again.

Beautiful views of the lake with access to private beach and infinity pool. Simple, elegant. The bistro is superb - quiet and romantic alternative to larger towns on the lake.

We visited Filario for three nights in November and loved it. There were stunning views from the room (all rooms, apparently !), food all the bistrot was delicious and service was top notch - everything from the welcome to the turn down were flawless. There is a small private beach and infinity pool. Highly recommended.

While not the easiest to get to hotel, especially if you're not a fan of narrow, winding roads, Filario Hotel is in one word 'delightful'. Our room was spacious with a nice sized balcony overlooking lake Como and the pool. The room was modern and well appointed.

The bistro offered a decent buffet breakfast and was open for lunch and dinner - reservations are recommended especially if you want a table with a view of the lake. The food was good, but not exceptional.

The lounges by the pool get quite busy so putting a couple on hold before breakfast is a good idea.

If you don't feel like driving, then the hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the Lezzeno boat terminal. This can also be used for trips around the lake including Belaggio.

Car parking on site will set you back €15 per day.

Very stylish Hotel with a truly awesome lake view straight from the room. Extremely nice and helpful staff, small selection of good food for dinner, short wine list, good but very basic breakfast. Parking garage is expensive since the only option.
