  Service sucks, bad customer service and attitude, poor english, bad communication, overpriced gelato and they don't taste good at all. Don't eat here. Probably a bottle water would taste best at this place. Would give minus star if there's an option. Better close the place if they don't want to serve any customers.

  Very very poor customer service. Totally unfriendly. The breakfast was overprized and bad. Never again. If you dont want any customers simply close your bar.

  Charming little cafe at the train station. Serves breakfast also. and has plenty of food gifts for sale.

  Attention: they charge more than is listed.
  Attenzione, dishonesti (come già scritto da un altro).
  Keep the menu, to check the bill! Check coperto, dont let you fool.
  When pointed out that they have charged double price for coperto, they became unfriendly and did not even excuse.
  Location itself is nice.
  However, pizza was burnt and so hard that it was impossible to cut.
  Will not come back.

  Dishonest shop. Charged us €5 for a cup of coffee although it was only €2.50 on the menu. When I asked why there is a price difference the staff couldn't gave me any reason. Very rude customer service also.

  Excellent place. The staff are very nice, good sandwiches and espresso and wine, and locals stop for en banco drinks as well. Quite different from the atmosphere at other train stations, very refreshing. Restaurants don't open for dinner till 6:30 or 7 pm, but you can get a bite at III Binario. Wifi password is on the bottom of your receipt.

  Average service. One tells you no internet, the other staff member gives you the password and it works. Food ok but staff definately lacking in customer service.

  Sweets are wonderful. We love the Piadine for lunch or dinner. Breakfast every morning of hour stay in Varenna. No lake view but also not touristy.
  Our favorite place in Varenna.
