Great location and one of the biggest branches of this bookstore but terrible service. I had a difficult time finding customer service then I was directed to the wrong books (albeit correct author).

Amazing store.Reminds me of Barnes & Noble at its prime. Cafe on second floor. Large selection of English language books, many best sellers and classics. Lots of room to browse. Bus stop in front.

Nice bookshop with a cafe inside. Relaxed atmosphere. Original and ideal if u need a place to get away from the tourist crowed. Espresso was very bitter though!

Very helpful staff, a good selection of books in Italian, English, and Spanish. The little coffee shop upstairs serves surprisingly good coffee for a bookshop too.

Loved the bookstore and its cozy vibe! Really made me feel like I could stay in there for hours and just pick titles off the shelves and read.

This is a typical, 21st Century-style bookstore. Big selection of books (including foreign languages/English), video games, movies, music, etc. there's a decent cafe upstairs as well. The air-conditioning in the summer isn't turned up nearly high enough to be effective, but inadequate AC, or the blatant refusal to even turn it on in 37 degree weather, is commonplace throughout Rome. Also, 50 cents to use their small and completely unattended toilet is a bit absurd, but Rome does love to milk every last cent out of people.

Overall, this is a good place to find recent and semi-recent books and is a welcome break from the noise and chaos outside.
