We came last night for wine and it was great, looked at the menu and decided to come tonight. Totally amazing staff, food and wine. Quiet, cozy and low key. Totally recommend this place for a nice romantic evening!!!

Good location and atmosphere, service was prompt and friendly. Pasta was delicious.
Issue with the bill; they charged us for tap water. We had ordered still water and were brought a bottle of sparkling - no problem here, although when we asked for this to be replaced with a bottle of still, they informed us that the bottle was just 'mislabeled.' The bottle was already opened and it was filled instead with tap water; the lid had cracks in it. We assumed that the tap water would be free, but they charged us 3 euro.response / report this review -

Don't waste your time nor money, had horrible risotto, ravioli and Margherita pizza took an hour to get the food even when there was only one more table

It was pretty damn good. Being a tourist can suck when you're hungry and on foreign turf. Lots of tourist spots with crappy foodall about food costs.cheap food. Not here. Very solid food and very tasty and

We were here in June. The cocktail Aperol spritz was good and the special offer "cocktail + tagliere" (cheese, salami, bruschetta) was also good. Nice and friendly staff.

Can't comment on the food, but wine was meh (waiter unable to provide any insight or recommendations), service was slow at best/non-existent at worst, and they charged 5 for water (and it took forever to get to us, to top it off)!

What can I saywe came as a large group for lunch to celebrate our friend's 50th birthdayand ended up singing and dancing with the staff until 2am!!! But, apart from the incredibly accommodating and flexible service from our super-friendly hosts, the food was first-class all round, the wine selection astonishing. A very, very special mention to Luca, mixologist meraviglioso (that gin and sour cherry cocktail!!) and Alex ("Alessandro"), most attentive cameriere 😉

One of the best wine bars of Trastevere, with more than 80 years of history on his shoulders, not for tourists, but for lovers of taste and quality. Dear owners and attentive to customers, Marcello is the reference of the local owner family, and you find it always available for every request, along with a qualified staff, friendly, funny. Family atmosphere, but with professionalism and attention not only to customers but also to the choice of products. Wines and whims gistosi for the most refined palates. Although popular with tourists, it is definitely not the place for "tourists" that you'd imagine to find in Trastevere. The atmosphere is warm and very warm. Prices extremely aligned with the excellent quality of products and the wonderful hospitality of the staff and owners. Thank you for being present in a location where the tourist is considered "tourist" that is, "so goes and goes, who cares if it remains satisfied", but here each person who enters is a "Customer" to pay attention and respect.

The most amazing tuna I've ever had!!! The waiter insisted that I shouldn't eat the heavy pasta or bruschetta that I was hell bent on eating that day. Having been a restaurant reviewer I let him talk me into the last lighter, healthier (I'm a fitness freak!) meal. MAN DID HE CALL IT!!! Delicious!!! I'd ask for extra sun dried tomatoes when I go back, incredible with the tuna.

Give the restaurant the justice. Decent flavored food with good service. Amazing tomato sauces they've made for every one of their dishes. Only thing you might have an argument is they build a default 10% service fee in your bill, but it's all worth it.
