I really liked the atmosphere, humble guys working there, they did a hot chocolate for the first time with soy milk as I'm quite intolerant for normal milk, and it was awesome. They gave us some sweets were good too.

It is a fifties-looking bar in an amazing position on the Gianicolo, a tad small but good to catch the atmosphere of the city.

Great drinks friendly to Americans lost. Drinks ice cold. Food was good also. Small but local feel.

A wonderful little bar that hasn't been ruined by the several foreign institutions around. The owner was always polite and helpful and the ciambelle were great. I could easily stop by for a nice cup of coffee and be on my way.

Happened upon it by accident, just needed a beer after a hike up from San Pietro. Sat down, got my draft beer and 2 minutes later the nice waiter brings me 3 delicious little "sandwiches" (see photo). Just another typical little sidewalk bar, but loads of charm, great location (on top of the city), and fairly quiet even if close to busy throughfare. Museu della Republica Romana and Villa Aurelia both steps away.

My wife and I stopped by here, on our way to the Vatican. Excellent service! I know I can be biased towards cappuccino's But they have the best Freddo cappuccino!
