The reception very helpful and professional, she just helped to get the best deal for me.Thy speak fluent english and that makes it so easy for the customers. Really clean place and Safe, You will have your own personal code which you have to put in the security system digital system ( managed and controlled by a very high technology and famous British Company ) to get in. They have brand new lock pads and different things like covers and etc for sell and you can get up to 50% discount to buy there if you have the contract with them( at least I am sure they had this offer on that time I have made the contract ). There are Cameras everywhere and very high technology security system, I was putting my really expensive materials and I have collected them the way I was putted after 3 months! they have really great insurance too which I suggest you to manage your need with the reception because there deals are different and depends on your box size and material in it. They have stage for Van and trucks which makes it so easy for loading or drop. very big and strong elevators. Very easy Checkin and Very easy Checkout. I can say everything was perfect.

It is a lie! They say that you have access to your box 24/7. That is not true! Only during their business hours. That is not acceptable

Luana was very helpful. She made getting the storage unit really easy. Will recommend to anyone traveling to leave their bags which is way cheaper than in the airport!

Spazi da 2 m2 e 1000 m2 comodo per brevi e lunghi periodi. Buon servizio. Il pagamento in comodità del cliente. Prenotazione anticipata anche da più di un mese con piccolo anticipo.

Le ragazze che ogni tanto sono alla reception sono tutte arroganti e maleducate e si credono chissa chi.
L'unico che si salva della reception e' il ragazzo che e' piu' meno fisso c'e quasi tutti i giorni. Menomale! Altrimenti mi sa che con quelle Ragazze, easybox chiuderebbe solo per l'approccio maleducatissimo che hanno con i clienti che sono li e' Pagano!!!.
Ci tengo a fare i complimenti al Ragazzo! E' bravissimo, super disponibile, educatissimo e sopratutto umile altro che le Ragazze che si pensano le padrone di easybox ahahaha. No comment!
