  The overall experience is so easy and fantastic. Named easybox for a reason:) I received the call 10 minutes after I requested the service online. All the staff are patient, professional and pay great attention to details. They speak English. They responded to my questions quick and helped me arrange a moving service at a very reasonable price. The check-in process is great. The unit is much larger than imagined and very easy to access. I would recommend to everyone!

  Really easy to communicate with them. Also even the small locker was big enough for all my bags and then some. They were accommodating and spoke English which was a major plus for me. Getting my stuff picked up and dropped off by their courier was also really easy. Would definitely recommend!

  Utile servizio di storage. Utilizzato per immagazzinare mobili e suppellettili di casa durante un trasloco che non poteva essere fatto contemporaneamente al rilascio della vecchia abitazione. Accesso 24/24 - 7/7, parcheggio interno non molto capiente, presenza di carrelli per trasportare gli oggetti all'interno del box affittato. Nessun problema riscontrato

  Upon arrival the attendant was rather friendly and accommodating and ensured us that everything would be fine. I was quoted 25.00 for a van rental fee which wasn't a problem as we needed a van, but I had to leave that "cash". We were quoted 80 euros per month for the storage space. A little much if you ask me but then againapparently he was giving us a deal. Yeah whatever! I asked if this was the total price and he said "Yes, you don't have to pay anything else for the van, it's all covered by easybox." After we visited our box, I asked about the van and he said that it was only available on a Wednesday from 9-6 pm. and don't forget you have to bring 270 euros for a deposit for the vehicle. I was rather astonished because I had just asked him if the insurance was included but as you can see it was not. The deposit was returned but we sure as hell weren't expecting that. The day we arrived at our box, nobody came out to greet us to show us how the process worked. Earlier that day, my husband had arrived early at 9:30 and had to wait 1 hour for them to give him our card. Considering we only had the van until 6:00 pm, you think she would have dealt first with him and then the other clients but she made him wait! It was a waste of our time for moving and delayed everything. After our move we arrived at the box and again nobody came out to greet us or show us where to put the van. Then our pin number didn't work. Nobody came out to explain the details or how we could contact the attendant via intercom and we were trapped between the gate and the locked door. We would have been there for hours had my husband not gone up the ramp to stare through the window at the guy. Then they told us they would come right out but nobody did. After 45 minutes of waiting, my husband walked back up the ramp and asked the guy about our pin. We finally were able to start unloading. I noticed there were trolleys, I walked over to get one and realized I had to put in .50 cents to get it. Now I'm thinking, we just spent 160 euros..(plus that morning my husband was asked for an additional "security deposit" for the storage space of 70 euros.. why? I don't know, we had just paid two months upfront, what's the deposit have to do with our storage if in the contract it says after 2 days late payment they block your space!) But then I couldn't believe I had to find .50 cents for a trolley. Of course not having it, I had to walk back up the ramp, go to the attendant and walk back down. Moving isn't easy to begin with but these guys don't make it easier. Poor customer service, quick to take money and really don't care about your stuff at all. Will not be recommending them to anyone I know. I'm waiting for my two months to be up, but my question is, so what happens if my stuff gets damaged? Do I get that 70 euros back?? Probably not, this is Italy, they'll find an excuse to keep it I'm sure but I'll keep my fingers crossed.
