Nice wait staff and good location. Also pleasant place to sit outside the hotel and enjoy a glass of wine.

Small room and very small windows. We stayed in room 201 and in the night I had the feeling that something was walking on my body, but I didnt pay attention to it. Then the next day I saw on my finger big red spot and again I didnt really pay attention to it as we were in a hurry to catch our plane. Only when I got home I realised I had these red spots on my body, then I started reading what other people had to say about this hotel and I guess I was not the only one. Now I am hoping that I dont have in my house.
So stay away from this hotel or room 201 or 202 they have bed bugs.response / report this review -

Rooms are quite small.
Clean hotel.
Staff was okay but not very helful.

I can't say this hotel was amazing (in fact, there are two hotels connected in one, as Belle Arti hotel has a shared reception with them), but it was fine. The rooms are decorated funny, but the air conditioning system is weak, so it's always quite hot, the air isn't so fresh. The room is clean though, not dusty and not noisy.

The good things are the price and the location. The room was reasonable but the shower didn't have hot water and the toilet started running reception wrote it down and said they'd fix it but we only stayed one night so not sure if they did. There was lots of kids staying in there and they were running up and down the hallways and slamming doors till after 12pm. Reception is across the street in hotel belle arti where you go to for breakfast. If you can afford it stay somewhere nicer.

Excellent hotel split in two buildings with great breakfast, just a few meters from the main canal.

The staff is freeze and not helpfull. The lift didn't work and my room was on 3rd floor extremely unpleasant.

stop booking and think about..
1,not friendly staff,in breakfast old lady was always short temper.
2, beware of air condition will off at midnight.
