  I love sushi but I am also careful to consume raw food, I have tested raw sushi tor vergata several times and I can say with certainty that not only the taste is great but the food is fresh, I learned to know the owner to make sure of how it is attentive to the quality and maintaining the correct temperatures, when I went to collect I was able to see with my eyes all the transparency in the true sense of the word since the kitchens overlook a live window where anyone can observe the kitchen, this is synonymous of great professionalism in catering. I tried different types, all very good and tasty, captivating and very satisfying proposals, a complete menu that satisfies anyone, punctuality in home delivery, tried several times especially on Fridays and Saturdays, they manage to keep the time slot stable with the customer, absolutely reasonable prices. I can only recommend them and I add that I will hardly turn to others from now on!

  I wanted to tell you about my experience with Crudo! First of all, nothing to complain about the quality of the food and ingredients! Unfortunately I give a star because it is not the first time that they have ordered a takeaway with home delivery, there are some small "organizational" problems.
  First call at 6pm and I go to collect everything by 8pm. Up to here everything is ok.
  
  Call back immediately after 20.05 as we decide to add something else. We are told that the home delivery would be done at 21.00 and up to here everything is ok! At 9.15 pm we call back to find out about the delivery and we are told that nothing had been done but it was still to be prepared! We communicate surname, address and telephone again and await the arrival of the order (1 portion of machi and one of tiki)!
  Now, at 22.00 the delivery guy arrived, he went out at 21.50 and the distance between us and Crudo will be 1 km maximum (he will come on foot or he has given priority to other deliveries). None of this, because they gave a different surname to that poor boy who had been down here for a few minutes looking for a hypothetical ERVINO! 😂
  
  I'm really sorry, but most of all I'm sorry that a "special" evening has turned into a moment of exhausting waiting and not having made my son dine with the long-awaited sushi. Thanks for the gift of a portion of roll and a beer!

  Quality of sushi really above average, other than all you can eat. Express preparation and feel! Young local and very nice guys. Recommended!

  I'm not a lover of raw fish but I had to change my mind. Their sushi is really very good and you can feel the quality and freshness of the fish. Completely renovated with very friendly and professional staff. Compliments!!! Absolutely to try.

  As a lover of Sushi I can say that I haven't eaten a better one lately. Friendly, professional staff. Relaxing atmosphere and very trendy venue.
  The fish is really fresh and the rice cooked to perfection. It will be my point of reference.
