  I made an appointment with this agency that prides itself on experience. Too bad I made specific requests and he didn't understand them I was looking for a property with certain characteristics and instead he continued to offer me something else.
  
  Scarce Even in the ways of doing things.

  I'll tell you about our experience:
  My husband and I approached the purchase of a house under construction with this agency.
  During the visit we asked if changes could be made and with the agency present and the company we took note of what was feasible and what was more problematic.
  
  Like all houses under construction, I think it's normal to want to make changes, right?
  
  So, after 10 days from visiting the property with the architect (hired and paid) we design the property to our liking, by sending an email to the agency x ASK, BEFORE MAKING A PROPOSAL, "THE FEASIBILITY of these works"
  
  The agency replies that the property "has trashed the list of changes" and that it has no intention of bringing any work, but above all it wants to finish the house as it is. Seen and liked.
  
  We at that point, BASITI, ask how it is possible to make a proposal if we are not given answers? And we ask for a meeting with the property to understand how to proceed and to ABSOLUTELY find an agreement, which could be good for both.
  
  The agency replies that by not having made a written offer, the property has no intention of knowing us.
  
  In your opinion, do you commit to buying a house, binding yourself, without knowing if we can build it as we want first?
  
  BUT IS IT AN INTERMEDIATE WORTHY OF AN AGENCY boasting 40 years of experience?
  
  LISTEN LISTEN.
  We find out FOLLOWING that the ownership of the property is THE AGENCY ITSELF.
  
  RIDICULOUS . HAHAHAHAHAHA
  hahahahahahahahaha
  
  WHO KEEP IT.
  1 STAR IS TOO LITTLE.
  We bought somewhere else.
  
  There is a saying that says: WHO SOWS EVIL HARVESTS EVIL! HI EVERYONE.

  They don't have the ability to relate.
  They follow the customer who entrusted them with the property and do not mediate with those who buy
  This is serious work, but not suitable for them I advise you to leave it alone.
  A serious agency does not miss a sale, tries to find a meeting point between the parties Which obviously did not happen.

  Maybe they don't realize that they don't sell a "DISH SERVICE".
