I booked a tampon at home last week, the nurse was very nice and very gentle. I must say that the experience with the Center has been positive. The results came after a few days. If I ever need them again, I would definitely trust them again. I recommend it as a medical center to all those who do not know it.

I waited for more than an hour before being told that the doctor I wanted to see was busy with something else. So I had a visit with another doctor assuming he was the same "kind of doctor". Only when I checked the doctor's signature I realised they made me have a visit (and pay) with a doctor specialised in a completely different field.
Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the whole experience!

*Edit* after reply: absolutely not true that you "propose" me to be visited by another doctor with another speciality. This absolutely never happened! Neither you told me I was about to get visited by another doctor, nor that he had another speciality.

I've been there a couple of times and in my opinion the front desk staff is unqualified and slow. Yesterday I had an appointment and I had to wait for about 40 mins as the doctor was late. The least they could've done is call me before and advise me the doctor was late as they already knew it. They kept me on edge telling ''the doctor will be here in 10 mins'', so unprofessional. The doctor was friendly.
In overall I don't like management of the centre in general. As for the doctors they have always been great, except for the dentist of course.
