Bad service! A guy came with the boiler not starting and it's the middle of winter and he just disassembled a few pieces here and there without understanding the problem. He threw in that it could be the electrode or the motherboard or something else and as usual advising to change the boiler. In his opinion I should have randomly changed the electrode and seen if it started. Then the motherboard and finally if it didn't start another thing I don't remember. So, by trial and error! Then he opened the electrical socket box and pointed out that there was a voltage of about 90 between neutral and earth and he grabbed onto that. 'call an electrician, that's why' he told me. Got 109.80 VAT included for nothing!!! I state that the boiler has always worked even with this electric thing. I note that a very good electrician came who, in addition to fixing the earth problem, checked my boiler, emptied the water at the end and now it's fine! An electrician restarted the boiler while a so-called expert didn't even have the idea to drain the water!!! The electrician took 30 euros in total. You 109.80!!! Crazy stuff!!! All demonstrable with the label attached to the boiler, both thanks to the chat on whatsapp and thanks to the invoice! You should refund me the amount spent given the technician's inability to understand and solve the problem!!!
