Contacted to resolve an emergency. When the plumber arrived, everything was settled with a "break the wall to resolve", without making any attempt and obviously proposing an estimate of an important amount.
Contacted another technician, the problem was solved in less than 15 minutes and without intervening on the masonry work and with a cost not even remotely comparable to that proposed.
