I contact your company for Haier air conditioning repair punctually a very professional and kind technician arrives, checks the error on the external card 440 euros +, VAT, I accept after telephone consultation with the company, I accept after asking if it was convenient or not to do it he explains that it deserves because the appliance is new and the minimum problem, I give 150 euros as asked, some time passes other technicians with little knowledge of the system arrive, they blow up the electricity and then without doing anything saying that the company would call everything is silent until Wednesday 21/6 I call x to get news, the always friendly receptionist puts me in touch with the company manager who tells me to change the air conditioner with one they have for sale, explaining the different loans to me. the amount says to add another 300 euros I accept but he refuses to do the job because he doesn't feel capable but yes to keep my 150 euros down payment because the 2 technicians in charge of replacing the card burned it, I wonder this isn't it a scam? I was corrected I believed in them and I think that respect must be mutual I had them do other work paid on time, but it doesn't end there, I send an email regretting the treatment she makes me call a kind receptionist and he asks me for the payment of 770 euros by bank transfer to come and carry out the work he didn't feel like doing before, judge for yourself how I felt, careful better read the reviews first I should have done it I think there's nothing to destroy a reputation I'll ask what the competent authorities think

Ignition thermostat replacement (cost on the internet 20/30 euros). One hour of work: 40 euros for calls and 170 for interventions. 210 euros plus VAT, for a total of 270 euros. Intervention, then asked of other professionals, with an expense between 110 and 130 euros. Be wary of them and the first ones you see appear on the first Google search. Ask friends first

Unfortunately I am forced to make this negative review as badly scammed by this company. Some guys came to fix my kitchen sink that didn't drain well, without trying to touch anything, nor trying to figure out where and how big the problem was with my sink that didn't drain, they thought they'd ask me 350 euros for a machine more the call plus the VAT. Without even touching the sink! I repeat, all they did was turn on the water and realize that it wasn't going down. Genes. I explained that it seemed nonsensical to me as without really having touched anything they gave me a cost on a nothing basis. If you don't try to understand with a probe how big the Problem is or where it is in the wall how can you give me a cost?
Rude one of the two especially when he understood that I would not be fooled. I will never call them again, moreover they were supposed to come a day before but they canceled at the last minute because they couldn't. So I still find myself with the sink that doesn't drain, in which nobody and I mean nobody has even tried to get involved, with a call paid for 50 euros plus VAT therefore 61 euros for being fooled and treated badly as well as having also waited two days that arise. Really shameful. I do not recommend them because such unclear and rude staff I have never met

Good morning, unfortunately I was scammed by this company. They changed a piece of the boiler that didn't need to be replaced by paying 300 euros where in reality, by phoning a specialized spare parts dealer, its real price is 25 euros with 10 minutes' labor (same code REF of the product). moreover, the boiler continued not to work (the same day of the alleged repair) and after 3 calls the Romanian owner answered me who did not want to come and check the problem, inventing a thousand excuses and Bensi' this time he wanted a video of the boiler.
In addition to not solving the problem, they have off-market prices.
Had I read the previous reviews I would have never contacted them.
To conclude, I had to contact another company (rightly paying them too since they had nothing to do with the mistakes of others) who solved the problem in a professional manner with an honest price. The arduous sentence is yours.
