Horse riding with Orsi, team and the Icelandic horses was a fantastic experience. Learning about the horses, techniques and safety procedures of riding was much ft in thanks to Orsi. No Icelandic adventure is complete without making friends with these amazing animals.
Waterproof sweaters/pants, boots and helmets (with head scarf) are available. No need to worry about getting your clothes muddy or wet

Had an excellet experience with their tour. The owner was extremely friendly and gave an in-depht explanation of everything needed for the experince. The horses are super friendly and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! Before riding the horses the staff spend about 30 minutes discussing the horses, the breed history, and tips for riding. Then you're given some riding equipment and introduced to your horse. The staff pick the right horse based on your height and temperament. Then the group sets out on a super cool ride! The pace varies, but you're always with the group. One person in our group freaked out and quit about 20 minutes into the ride, so the staff walked the person and horse back to the facility. The staff will take your picture on the horse during the ride as a keepsake, which they will email to you later. Definitely recommend the experience.

It's not as complicated as it sounds. I am afraid of horseback riding but I did this, and I don't regret it at all. It is such a unique experience riding the horse through the volcanic landscape and pseudo craters. No experience needed!

Would I recommend it? Yes! Absolutely!

The staff will take care of you 1000% it is absolutely safe and full of fun.

Wonderful place, the horses are happy and lively, the staff were so friendly, and we had snow 😁. Would recommend to people who love horses, regardless of experience - or lack of it! Very well organised, well tutored in the art of riding Icelandic horses, and entertaining too. Excellent.

Excellent staff very helpful and give you a ton of knowledge about the Icelandic horses their unique gaits and how to ride properly . As a first time rider I felt very safe and confident on the trail . They were very patient as I was running late because of my GPS. They also take pictures along the way that they later email to you which is great ! Amazing experience highly recommend!!

It was an absolute dream! The weather was amazing and the landscape took our breath away and of course, the horses were amazing! We had a lot of fun experiencing the tölt and the icelandic horses are very friendly and nice! Over all it was a perfect afternoon with cute and fun-to-ride horses and an interesting and funny guide (Salka) with other amazing "crew members". And the pick up and drop off was perfectly organized!
We would definitely do it again! Greetings from Switzerland.

Love, love, loved this tour. Our guide Orsi was very passionate, knowledgeable, and funny. Horses were true to their nature and experiencing the tolt was a nice way to end our Iceland visit. You won't be disappointed with this tour in anyway and it's close to the city but you still get amazing views!

A well organised and enjoyable horse ride (suitable for beginners) through some incredible landscape, while told about the history of horses and horse riding in Iceland and the surrounding rock formations. Recommended.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I try to go horseback riding wherever I travel and this definitely tops them all. Begga (the owner) truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. Her horses are immaculately cared for and they are very well trained. She matches each rider with a specific horse. She matched me perfectly with the horse Somi. He was an amazing horse and I loved experiencing the tolt for the first time. The scenery on the trail was breathtaking and she takes the time to take plenty of photos on the ride. Don't hesitate to book a ride. I will definitely go back if I'm ever in Iceland again!
