Kind of found this one by accident while looking for the nearby rock formations. While it was one of the smaller waterfalls we've visited, it was very quiet there - we were the only people there for most of the time.

A small and cozy waterfall near Kirkjubæjarklaustur village. If you have time from your schedule on the ring road it is fully worth to see this waterfall.

Great waterfall! Don’t forget, you can get up the mountain next (O took the right side, you can see a little path) to the water, it is steep but doable and the view from there is supurb!
