Great place and friendly staff. Good selection of local beers. Try the 'wolf wolf wolf if it's on stock, it's usually sold out the same day they get it.

Friendly staff that speak perfect English. Fun and entertaining place. Lots of Americans and other travelers here on week nights. Seems like it becomes a little more local on the weekends.

Cool bar with a decent happy hour discount. They really go all out with the Lebowski theme. Attentive staff on the night we were there. Bathroom area is really cool and worth a trip.

Best experience ever for a fan of the movie. I love how the rug really tied the room together. 😉
The food was great, service was great. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been if the movie was playing on the screens and if they would keep up with their T shirt stock.

Great food and amazing experience right in downtown Reykjavik. 100% completely themed just like one of the best cult classic films of all time. Great food menu of simple food. The reason to come here is the white Russian menu. In true spirit of "the dude" there's several different versions of the cocktail from the movie that you'll love to enjoy.

Great burgers and fries and with enough variety in the available selections to thoroughly satisfy everyone in my company. And they managed to play a succession of classic rock tracks which kept up a great atmosphere without hitting any tracks that felt cliche from being overplayed or any tracks too obscure for recognition. They kept us nodding and even singing along for a solid 2 hours, something that Hard Rock Cafe never managed, despite many visits.

Fun, trendy place. They make great White Russians of course but they also make lots of variants thereof. Got a dance floor with good DJs and good food during the day or to keep you going during a night out.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience, not well organised, cold burger and chips and drinks full price! Read on if you are interested in the details.
We went on Friday 16th March. Half price on selected St Patrick's Day drinks. However Jameson's was charged full price because ordered with coke and Guinness heads were stupidly deep, not really a full pint!
Table booked in advance for 11 people, but table not ready when we got there. As I sent burger and chips back, got hot extra portion of chips in a basket and told my new burger will be ready shortly. Everyone else served apart from me and another person. By time we had been served the other members of our party had finished their meals.
Food was good though once we got it!

Probably my favourite bar the whole week. Very expensive but such a fun vibe. They had dancing and it was packed with locals and tourists and you didn't get the dirty looks you get in the local hangouts. We got the white Russian with cocoa Puffs and it was delicious.

Best burgers, fries, and milkshakes in Iceland! Prices are fair and the atmosphere is laid back. It's everything you could want in a sports bar. Expect to see locals there drinking a beer and watching the soccer game, but no worries, as the people are about as friendly as anywhere I have ever been.

Very cool location. However, for Americans the price of a mixed drink here might be a little shocking. It was about $24 for a white Russian for me, and wasn’t that good/strong. The uniqueness of it is what’s worth the visit though.

Big Lebowski themed bar! What's not to love. If you love the film, you'll find this place very entertaining. I only had drinks here so can't comment on the food. Drinks wise, good sized cocktail list where you can 20+ variations of white Russian

Fantastic burgers and fries , a cool place with friendly staff. Love it.
For anyone needing a fix of sport there is a massive tv screen.
Best time to go there is happy hour, between 16:00-18:00. This will save you some money on a range of drinks . The meal deal is a good option it comes with a soft drink.

Awesome theme bar/restaurant. Prices are a little high - a white russian is around £12 at the time of writing - but as a massive fan of the film, partaking in that particular beverage was a must! The "Bunny Lebowski" chicken burger was delicious and my wife enjoyed the "Stranger" vegetarian burger too. Staff were friendly and service was good. The rug also really ties the room together! The Dude abides!

Great place to spend the day watching football and drinking beer! Amazing staff, good burgers and good beer! Lots of screens and show the top premier league games! They also do a wicked white Russian and have a board if you are willing to spin it!

The bowling lane on the wall really ties the room together. Quite possibly the best White Russians, or "Caucasians" if you will, in the world. Great Liquor selection as well, and bartenders who know their stuff (apparently the manager is a serious scotch guy!).
Don't go in if you aren't house-broken. Jeffrey doesn't like piss on the rug. There are rules, it isnt Nam.

Good selection of Borg beers. Menu was very American. Great White Russians, with good vodkas.

We came in when it was pretty quiet, around 5. The menu is basically burgers and White Russians. Mine (I got the Hot Shot) was delicious. Atmosphere seemed pretty laid vack and fun. Glad we stopped in.

If you like The Big Lebowski, then you should visit the Lebowski Bar. The place is full of Lebowski related decor, including a bowling lane on the wall complete with ball and pins. There are tons of white Russian drinks to choose from and the burgers looked pretty tasty, though I can't confirm that since I didn't have one. The prices are high, but this is Reykjavik so that's expected.

For those who are fans of the movie it's hard to resist going to this place.
Burgers and fried were good, drinks were nicely sized and delicious.

It's a bit pricey for what you get, but it is Reykjavik after all.

The decor and staff were good. I went for lunch with friends, so we missed the music and dance scene, so I can't review those. The food was mediocre and not great value for the money, even given Iceland's crazy prices. The burger was a mass-produced party, thicker than some and actually medium, but not great, with lackluster fixings; some of them have mayo even though it's not listed on the menu, so beware. The caramel shake was clearly generic vanilla ice cream with caramel syrup, and not a quality shake. The White Russian menu is impressive, but 2100 isk or so is just way too much for that. Glad I saw the inside, but I won't go back for the food.

Cool bar! Great atmosphere! The White Russians were fantastic and our first drinks were great! Then we had, who seemed like the manager, a guy with short blonde hair and glasses, come over and ask us if we needed anything else. We ordered another drink, which apparently he made, and it was horrible. Very weak, hardly any alcohol and hardly any actual drink! It was mostly foam. He brought the check before the drink, and everything was full price (we were there at happy hour- maybe alcohol drinks don't count, but unsure what does). We had had a great time, then it just seemed like this guy was shoving us out the door. Pay and get out! That left a bad taste in our mouth (and it wasn't just his awful drink.)

Great place to eat! Price was good compared to other places in town. Everywhere in Iceland is expensive Had the chili burger, fries and a drink which was around £18 / 2500 ISK. Burger was very tasty!

Music was excellent if you like rock, had classic 80s movies playing. Would recommend.
