A Bittersweet experience: We had Drinks and the most delightful Appetizers, including the humbling Mussels, We were on our way to the main course; a dish that I had not tried before: Pan Seared plaice (flatfish) when I decided to have a kidney stone at the dinner table. The lady and gentlemen working there were so kind and accommodating, offering what relief they could. I was very thankful for them, despite my distress. My only regret was that I had to leave in a hurry and could not enjoy my fish. That was 2 weeks ago in May, 2018

I loved the food! I tried a few of their dishes & loved each. The best burger I've had in Iceland was oddly from this restaurant as well. The owner came to our table to ensure we were enjoying our time, it was a nice personal touch. Definitely coming back!

Ended up coming here twice, it was that good. The eggs Benedict with smoked salmon on rye is out of this world. The service is super friendly, and the second time I stopped for lunch there was a gentleman playing French accordion tunes. Don’t be afraid to try something other than Icelandic food while you’re in Reykjavik!

Cutest French-inspired restaurant. You can get breakfast until 1600!! One of the few places in Reykjavik to get breakfastlet alone for lunch! Just the right amount of food. Came here in 2016 came back in 2018. French music, French waitresses, usually 😀

Busy little bistro full of quirky decor and character. Food very tasty and enjoyable good selection of wines mostly French of course.
Prices are typical for Reykjavik but not high end definitely worthwhile a visit

Food was good, not great, but good. The atmosphere was French, so a little touristy but is was still very nice. Had a fantastic wine selection and cheese platter. The staff where very helpful and nice. Everyone was bi lingual, so that made it easy. Menus where in English.

Amazing place. Me and my partner had such a good experience in that restaurant that we decided to go back before flying back to the UK. I would recommend the onion soup if it's still on the menu and the burger. Friendly staff and a nice decoration made it perfect. There was also a guy who was playing some music in the background and made the experience even better.

I've given this 3 stars as our food just wasn't as nice as we were expecting. I had Salmon on a bed of mashed potatoes but the Salmon was over cooked and a bit chewy. I can't remember what my partner had to be honest but I remember him saying it was just ok. The decor is brilliant though. Plenty to look at. Very quirky. Service was good but not amazing.

Love this restaurant so much that we had dinner there twice! Excellent salads , entrees and desserts. The staff were very pleasant - even when they were super busy and I ran in and asked for a croissant to go - my request was met with a smile and was told that it would not be a problem. This was our fave restaurant!!!!!!!!!

Visited as a couple in April.
Good range of food on the menu.
Small and unique restaurant, mostly serving French food. Worth a visit.
Negatives - service was a little slow and even for Iceland the food was pretty pricey, 12000isk for 2 mains and 2 small deserts. (usual we pay around 7-8000)

Good food. Especially the genuine French cuisine. The man with the accordion plays charmingly and adds French feeling to the place the first five minutes, but then you want to fork the accordion because the music gets annoying.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Menu has a great selection of wines and French food (snails, duck confit, beef stew, cheeses) with some Icelandic twists. Great on a cold day to have a glass of mulled wine. One of the best restaurants we visited during our time in Iceland and not overly expensive in comparison to other places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Not to miss.
