Such a fun pub. Lovely bartenders and a very cosy but lively vibe. Can’t wait to come back.
We popped in for Happy Hour around 6:30. Beer and wine were served for 750 kr. The atmosphere was very laid back and there was a lot of eclectic rooms for sitting and socializing.
Happy hour from 4pm to 7pm, excellent value and the Kaldi beers are delicious. Cozy bar with very friendly staff and if you're after a snack the olive serving is huge!
Great beer, great spot for happy hour. Lots of locals which is always a good sign!
Nice beer selection. Nice atmosphere. For the older set (at 40 I was a youngun there) and go with a group.
One of the coziest bars in Reykjavík with really good local beers on tap. Kaldi’s porter is one of the better ones I’ve had and the staff were all very friendly and quick to serve.
Cozy and warm, with spectacular happy hour and solid microbrew options. Recommended to anyone visiting Reykjavik!
Nice place. Happy hour from 4pm to 8pm. One pint 750isk.
We forgot our big camera (2000€) in the bar. We came back the day after and they had it. Awesome.
Awesome place for a craft beer. The bartender was very friendly and helpful when selections beers.
Local celebs hangout here, really cool place for drink. Service was good
Great little bar, seating can be an issue at busy times but hey, there's great beer on offer definitely check this place out !!
I loved this cozy bar. Great beer selection and decent prices during happy hour.
Good times had very good mixed drinks. Busy but fun and full of beautiful women.
Nice place. Happy hour from 4pm to 8pm. One pint 750isk
A large selection of beer though they didn't have a beer list or menu so you have to ask about what's on tap. It gets busy so finding seating could be difficult. I didn't like what was ordered for me so went to exchange it and the bar tender let me get something else but gave me a hard time about it.
Friendly bar, happy hour 4pm-7pm. Can get quite busy around happy hour especially Fri/Sat. Good selection of craft ales and all things being relative decent prices for Iceland.
The bar section is a cozy craft beer bar with a decent selection at a reasonably cheap price (for Iceland at least). Couldn't tell you about the cafe section since I didn't visit it but the bar section is nice.
Drink Kaldi beer at the Kaldi bar, this is where Reykjavik's famous and beautiful rub shoulders with VIP tourists. It can get really crowded with standing room only, so if you don't like tightly packed joints with everyone having a (loud) good time, maybe go across the road to sit in candle light. Otherwise recommended for mingling with the locals.
Very popular, always crowded with loud and happy people. They are the flag bar for the Kaldi beer brand, no draught will let you down!
Cosy, charming bar with an excellent beer selection. The barman kindly tolerated my questions (in English) about the local beer. We ended up opting for a black IPA and an amber from the Kaldi brewery in the north, both of which were extremely tasty.
Went here for drinks on our last night in Reykjavik. Very good experience. A neat ambiance, kind of unique and cozy. The bartenders were really nice and directed us to a really good Icelandic beer. Would recommend.
George is a great bar tender full of knowledge with Icelandic micro breweries. TRY THE ULFUR IPA!
My husband and i visited this place on the last night of our 2 week trip around Iceland. It had a really great atmosphere and despite being a wednesday night the place was full. We sat at the bar which meant we got talking to the incredibly friendly staff behind the bar who introduced us to some icelandic shots. Pints are pricey, like everywhere but at least in this place you feel its worth it. Would def visit again.
