We stayed in Norðurfjörður where we had the most amazing meal at Kaffi Norðurfjörður. What are the chances of beautifully displayed and perfectly cooked pan fried fresh cod with sovereign blanc fron New Zealand! And the cherry on top home made cakes and bread - all this far away from any normal infrastructure and road system. Thank you girls for an exceptionally rememberable evening.

This is one of the most beautiful remote places in Iceland. I was very surprise to find such a charming and lovely location. The food and service is a top level one. The fish soup (wow!!), and the veggie burger was fantastic.
I'm so happy I got to know the area and find this amazing kaffi. Good value and totally recommended.response / report this review -

The food was good but nothing special. E en if it is cold, you have to take your shoes off here. The floor is unfortunately very cold. You cannot serve yourself water, as usual in Iceland. I also missed the wifi, since tbis is a very isolated place. There is a wifi network but not for customers.

The fish soup with large pieces of fish was excellent. So was the fried camembert. The place was so lovely and welcoming, we came back after a swim for coffee and a heavenly piece of cake .

They gave me supertasty food when I returned after a hike! They also provided a vegan soup to me, even though they didn't have it on the menu. Would give 10 stars if I could!
