Been there quite a few times when I was in Iceland and it never disappointed. Their kaffikrus burger is something worth trying for sure with chips and their cocktail dipping sauce. Recommend with confidence.
Try some Einstock white ale with that.

Lovely, cute place, really well located for dinner on the way back to Reykjavik after a long day. Great food, great local beers, amazing cakes. Expensive, but not too bad for Iceland. One or two veggie/vegan options too!

Perfect stopover for lunch. We had seafood soup which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it. We finished with a skyr cake/cheesecake thing. It was just as delicious! We had a celiac (gluten free) friend with us and they even had some delicious cake options for her! Highly recommend this cute little cafe

A really nice cosy restaurant in Selfoss. Good choice of main courses and an extensive range of cakes in house (so much to choose from!). Very friendly and lovely service. Not overly expensive for Iceland. Went back more than once! Recommended by guesthouse and they weren't wrong!

Probably the best restaurant I ate at during my visit to Iceland. The burgers are really good. Price is good. Cozy atmosphere inside and the staff were very helpful. If you pass this place you have to try it

I accidentally ran into this place while driving around during my Iceland trip. Here, you can order dessert, nachos, burgers, pizzas, coffee, etc. There is a seating area on the first floor, a seating area upstairs, and patio seating. There are two WC/bathrooms on the second floor. The nachos, oreo cake, pizza, and hot cocoa were excellent. Definitely add this to your places to stop when visiting Iceland! The staff was extremely friendly and full of smiles!I

This place is like going to your grandma house. Small and cozy. Good, home made food with friendly service. I had a smoked salmon and a pancakes. It was delicious. Highly recommended. I’ll give five star, but four is for limited menu.

Stopped over for a snack before heading west. Fantastic hot chocolate and cakes!!! Definitely the best cafe in Selfoss.

The cafe is housed in a lovely yellow building as well ;)

Hands down, this was the best restaurant we ate at while visiting Iceland. The portions are huge, the food is decadent and the wait staff is fast and efficient! It seems to get busy so I would come early or be prepared to wait a little while.

Stopped here for breakfast/brunch. Quaint little place with a good atmosphere. I had the pancakes and smoked salmon. It was good, and filling. My friend got scrambled eggs and bacon (they put cheese in the eggs and it was delicious.) If you're looking for a breakfast spot, it was good!

I went here with my husband on our roadtrip around Iceland. Our hostel host recommended this as his favorite spot for food. I ordered the tower burger and my husband had one of the many pizza offerings. Both were very good and exactly what we were looking for. The cafe itself is in a cute and cozy building and all the staff were friendly. We didn't save room for dessert, but the cakes in the display case looked amazing!

Best seafood soup in all of Iceland. Extremely lovely place, extremely nice staff and even moderate prices (by Icelandic standards). Can imagine to stop here for breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner. A must-see place, should be a landmark!

Stopped here on a whim and wasn't disappointed. We both had burgers which tasted fresh and came with a house sauce, kind of similar to mayo. Fries were good too. Prices are pretty normal.

Inside was very cozy. There's seating upstairs too. Liked this little stop very much!

Fantastic Restaurant. My wife and I attended a wedding reception here and the food was so good that we went a second time during our short trip to Iceland. If you're from out of town and looking for somewhere to eat in Selfoss, this is an excellent choice. Their desserts are incredible.

Great restaurant in a small town. I was craving for some legit latte and thank God I finally found it here. The pizza was amaaaazing! Served hot and fresh. Great service , a little pricey but then again it is Iceland . Plenty of parking in the lot across the restaurant and plenty of seating as well. Definitely try their coffee and pizza 🍕

Very slow to get service, we waited so long we decided to be hungry instead. We asked for a coffee to go and the girl with black hair and gold nails at the til was SO rude about not having kids for the coffee. The owner gentleman was very nice and friendly though. Too bad his staff cannot be the same.

Can't say enough about this restaurant! Amazing food and quick service. The fried Brie was the best I've ever had! The chicken salad and pulled pork was delicious! This place is a must! Will definitely come back and visit again when in Iceland!

We stopped here on the way back to Reykjavik from a south coast road trip. The food was SO good and it's got a fantastic atmosphere. Friendly service. 10/10 would recommend.

We ended up eating here twice during three days in the area simply because it was so good the first time. Also I wanted to erase the taste and memory of the hotdog I'd had the night before. The burgers and pizzas here are both really top notch and they had a chocolate and pear cake that delicious. Good coffee and very friendly efficient service too. Very baby friendly but then it seems that everywhere in Iceland is so no surprise there. Well worth eating here!
