This tour operator is fantastic. I circled around some other options before finally settling with their glacier and ice cave tour. They take you on the eastern side of the glacier away from the hords of people in The Crystal Cave. Bjarni was our fantastic guide and was born and raised in Hofn. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Go with these guys, you won't regret it.

We did the kayaking tour. It was our favourite experience in Iceland. It is a unique way of discovering the icebergs out of the crowed in a calm environment. The seals are swimming around you. Our guide was very interesting. We had a small group (only 4 people). Highly recommended if you want to discover the icebergs in a eco-friendly way!
