The place is very basic. Service is slow and not very attentive.
The food is ok, and only in case you are very hungry. The focus is on pizzas in their menu. It seems to be pricey and disorganized. It is good for a quick drink and wifi only.

We were staying nearby and friends made me go to this $hitwhole!
This is the WORST club in Iceland if not the world. The DJ had ZERO musical skills. This DJ kept spinning the same tunes over and over ALL night. The beer was warm and food cold. Service was non-existent. I have no idea how this place stays in business. Save your time, money and ears and avoid this place like the black plague.

Weird place. They serve burgers with raw meat. Bartenders are with some kind of attitude to the customers, they just don’t listen to you. Beer is cheap.

When her with the wife for a drink, great place to get a drink and listen to live music. The place is a bar so if someone doesn't come to your table strait away some times it's quicker just to go to the bar for a drink. Still a nice night out.

Expensive. Service not really good. The food was good, we had pizza that could be better without all that spices. I had a margherita base plus ham and rocket I wasn't expecting all the spice.

Great place with really good italian pizzas. The waiters, specially the guy Javi were really kind and friendly. Totally recommended.

Sat at the bar to watch the Superbowl. I had no problem with service or the food. It was expensive but so is everything in Iceland.

Staff were bullies and assholes!
Bought drinks in the sports bar which was quite still at the time, and then got threatened with a beating by the bouncers if I didn't move over to the much louder club next door. That wasn't the place or atmosphere I signed up for. Stay clear!

Went there during a non rush period (around 1430) and left after 30 minutesour drink order hadn’t even been taken. My mom went up to the bar to try to place an order there and she said she’d send someone right over. We waited about 10 more minutes, during which the server blatantly ignored us, before we left. We got our fish and chips down the street at Drunken Rabbit— much better experience!

Visited during dinner hours thirsty and hungry. Very disappointed with lacklustre service and staff that didn't seem terribly interested in being there. Food was disappointing. Only saving grace was that beer was cold. Would not recommend.

I thought the good was just OK. Fish and Chips is probably the best.
Service is slow and not very attentive. Not very aware of customer's needs, and sometimes feel like being ignored.
Feels pricy for the food served.

Maybe because this is a PUB, not a restaurant.

Overall, its still not a bad place to come to. But there are other places in the area that you can pay a little more to get much better food.

Poor customer service, average price and below average taste. Staff was kinda rude and felt like they didn't want to be there. We ordered a sandwich and two burgers. The potatoes were cold and the burgers were worse than Mac Donald's in all honesty. I wouldn't recommend.

Went for lunch Horrible customer service! The waiter dropped some bread with cheese on the table (that didn't clean before) and gave us hard time for bring us another one. Rude and incompetent waiter, low quality food. Don't go!

The food was delicious, however the wait staff were ok. Took a long time to order and get drinks and your food but the wait was worth it. I had the catch of the day and was cooked perfectly.

Poor customer service. Not sure if they were under staffed or what, but it took us 20 mins for someone to come over (we had to flag them down), we never got our second round that we ordered waitresses weren't rude, but weren't friendly either. Had to track them down to pay and leave. Food wasn't even good enough to make it worth it. Would not recommend.

Miller was offering a promotion for a free beer for anyone with a student ID. We showed our US IDs and were given the beer. Then when we settled the tab, it included the 1250kr Millers. Instead of admitting their mistake, and removing the beer from our tab, they forced us to pay. Terrible customer experience.
