Amazing customer care. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean. I accidentally left a valuable in the room and they mailed it to me. Definitely recommend staying here.

A quiet place to stay. helpful staff, nice rooms and great food. what more do you need? It makes an excellent base for exploring the local area . A fabulous farmstay.

Loved staying here! We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating, the common area was relaxing and you felt like you were hanging out in your own home. They have puzzles, books, chess and a pool table. The rooms themself are a little dated but are well maintained and very clean. The whole property has a nice country farm / homely feel to it. We would definitely visit here again.

Easily the best campsite we stayed at in Iceland. So good we stopped again on the way back to Reykjavik. 1350 ISK per person with a huge kitchen/sitting area with free wifi, hot tub access (2 showers in the hot tub cabin for changing etc) and access to the lovely bathroom in the guesthouse.

We were looking for a campsite around the Hella area and we were not very happy with the opinions on internet (it was very windy and cold and our priority was a campsite with common sheltered area). We couldn't have made a better choice.
The hotel allows yu to pinch the tent even in the back of the guesthouse, which for us was a lifesaver to avoid the crazy wind. You can use the guesthouse facilities, which were the best ones in our whole 10-day icelandic trip: common kitchen facilities along with dinning room and bathroom. There are two showers outside included in the camping fee and a hot tub as well (!). Staff was super friendly and we decided to make this place our base for three nights. We camped here for one night and it was great. You shower in the outdoor shower near the hot tub, and use the restroom in the guesthouse. We ate dinner that night in the farmhouse and had fresh farm-raised lamb, beetroot soup, and chocolate mousse for dessert. The sheep were wandering around outside the window we were sitting at. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. Highly recommend staying here (and staying for dinner too). The staff are wonderful and nice.

Great rooms and breakfast. Dinner was really good but the menu is fairly limited. Beautiful location but close enough to town for gas groceries and dining

Very Homely People and the staff is very helpful. Nice view to see aurora and has rooftop access for setting up camera equipment as well

I stayed in one of the summer homes. Definitely enjoyed it! I met one of the owners and she was super kind. They're making many impressive and inspiring sustainability efforts.
