Some of the paths may be very difficult and exhausting, but the landscapes are just breathtaking. And if you are lucky with the weather, it definitely is one the best place in Iceland. Oh, and the foxes are very friendly so, yeah it's a big plus.

This place was breathtaking. The vegetation, waterfalls and fjords were absolutely stunning. If you decide to visit this place please be aware of the delicate ecosystems all around you. The moss takes 59-100 years to grow as complex and thick as it is, and it only takes one step to crush and kill a large area of it. We went on a guided hike with Borea Adventures, who took great care in educating us about the nature we encountered. The jellyfish, seals and Arctic fox we encountered added to the wild beauty of this magical place!

I have seen different environment. Greener reserve park settled in the snow land with huge sky changes according to time & weather change of the day across small village or town which is too much amazing to see the natures view with fog covered or snowfall anywhere you go in the Iceland. I liked the views and environment here.

We spent a day hiking the cliff sides to the din of nesting seabirds, over extensive networks of fox dens, and through fields of purple and yellow wildflowers. Heavy fog rolled in and out of our path throughout the day, changing the tenor and mood of the place by the minute. My breath was taken away many times by the purity of the landscape. We went by boat (2.5 hrs from Isafjordur with West Tours). Definitely worth a visit.

Nádhera. Spousta polárních lišek, hodně horských průsmyků, takže obtížné trasy, ale příroda vám to vynahradí.
