  What a fantastic riding experience at Fosshestar today! Nathalie, our multilingual guide, took great care of us and explained everything before we started. The horses here are definitely well loved and cared for. Safety is a priority for everyone there and it is a perfect experience for both new and experienced riders. Surrounded by snow capped mountains, countless waterfalls, and a gorgeous fjord, this was the best day of our Icelandic holiday. The Icelandic horses are magical and this was my best vacation riding experience so far (and I have had lots)! I just wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

  Fosshestar horse riding and horse experience was brilliant. I am not confident around horses but I had a great time and left with a warm heart and fun memories. Today was bad weather - too bad to go on a horse trek. Instead, the 4 of us booked to ride indoors. We got to know our horses, brush them, saddle and bridle them and learn to work with them to walk, turn, go slalom around the poles and generally hang out. Our guide Natalie ensured our safety and confidence at all times, shared a lot of info about our individual horses history and personality and about Icelandic horse history which is fascinating. I would highly recommend Fosshester horse riding and experience to couples, groups, families. Great time, great memories and great value for money.
