UPDATE: BED BUGS!!!!

This place seems cute at first, but my cabin was a bit grungy. There was used dental floss on the floor in the bathroom and the sheets and pillows were ripped and stained (pretty sure some of it was blood). The hot water heater is small and takes forever to heat. I only had enough hot water to wash and condition my hair before it ran out, and I had to finish up with freezing water, which did not drain out of the bathroom (in fact, it was still wet from the last shower when I checked in). I would not stay here again.

We came here just for one night and it was very disappointing. First of all, if you are looking for an isolated guesthouse this will disappoint you, it is part of a campsite. They tell you can use two hot Tubs but they are shared between all the people in the campsite, the nearest hotel and the guesthouse so it's almost impossible to take a bath (more than 50 rooms).
But the worst thing is the spiders. All the guesthouse is plenty of them. When you enter into the guesthouse you need to cross a door with several BIG spiders. But when you enter into the room, specially if it is located in the basement of the house, you'll panic! There are a lot of spiders there, probably attracted by the dirty all around.

Some people say they have a huge breakfast, it's true, but with a really bad quality, the coffee and orange juice were impossible to drink.

Please avoid to book this guesthouse, it's overpriced with a bad facilities conditions. The only good thing is the patience of the recepcionist who changed our room (after trying to send someone to clean my room). It has been the worst guesthouse I've ever been.

Good location but very poorly designed cottage. Too small and too basic. For the price they charge you expect some comfort. Very tough approach with customers. Should avoid.

The Wi-Fi in our cabin was unavailable, which wasn't actually too bad considering we were only staying one night; the dinner buffet offered was expensive yet filling, par for the course for Iceland. The scenery was beautiful.

Over priced for a campsite for travelers/tourists but hot tubs were nice. No kitchen and they didn't let us use the wifi.

Un paesino come tanti altri. In inverno non c'era molto da vedere. Siamo passati per dirigerci a sud e ci siamo fermati due notti siccome la strada era chiusa in questo punto per via della tempesta

Grundsolider Campingplatz. Warme Dusche, Warme Abwaschstelle und zwei Hot Tups wobei letztere während unserem Aufenthalt nicht richtig warm und auch nicht richtig sauber waren.

I cottage si trovano in un terreno davvero vastissimo, adatto anche per camping. se non sbaglio è presente anche un campo da golf.
I cottage sono davvero carinissimi con tutto il necessario, non c'era l'asciugacapelli che alla fine risulta comunque comodo.
Il cottage é immerso in un prato verde, piuttosto separato da quelli adiacenti rispetto ad altri posti dove abbiamo soggiornato.
Il posto risulta molto comodo come sosta per il classico giro dell'isola seguendo la N1.

Difetti, wifi solo nella sala reception/ristorante; colazione cara, doccia che poteva essere più pulita
