  Very clean rooms and public areas, comfortable stay. Had some hesitation for shared bathroom, but they are very new and clean, so no problems at all. The lady running the place does her best to help. However it is quite expensive for shared bathroom rooms.

  In this year the guest house personal (one person) was really helpful and friendly. The rooms were very cleaned up. The breakfast was really good.
  Internetspeed was 30 MBit/s down AND up!
  Double room with a double bed.
  
  But we aren't allowed to cook some noodles and tomato sauce. The kitchen is for staff only.
  But you can ask for dishes, knives, boiled water and so on.

  Really nice guesthouse next to a farm and off the ring road. Rooms are a tad small but practical, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fine too.
