  Very clean and cozy house under the stars. The hotpot jacuzzi under the stars was great. Very warm welcome and great kitchen facilities. Great value for money. I would go back.

  We arrived very late, arund 2300z, and we're warmly greeted by Elin. The atmosphere is comfortable and homely. Most definitely the best night sleep I got the entire trip. The clouds broke and we got a glimpse of the northern lights, just as her husband was coming back from the farm. Beautiful rooms, kitchen facilities, and a nicer shower than the hotels we stayed in. If you want to stay somewhere away from all of the tourist busses and vans with minimal light pollution and excellent hosts, this is it! Thank you so much!

  What an awesome farm guesthouse! We were the only ones out of the 4 rooms for rent staying more then one night, but those others missed out!
  
  We actually stayed 5 nights, saw the northern lights the first night, cooked most dinners and breakfasts here, and don't regret it. Elín was so friendly, and the other guests that came through were fun and interesting to meet. She has TVs in every room with free movies to rent, although we didn't have time cause we kept getting back late and up early (so much to see in Iceland!).
  
  Also the hot tub out back is amazing. Always on and heated as it just constantly gets heated by the house water. The northern lights typically are visible from the other side of the house, so it's not the best spot to see them from, but it would at least show you when the sky is clear and be able to see maybe a small corner of them. Pro tip: wear a hat in their when it's cold!

  Excellent guesthouse! All the amenities you would need. Internet is a bit slow, but why are you on Facebook when you could be in the hot tub.
