Never expected to find such amazing food in such a small town. Menu only had 3 entrees (lamb, cod, and salmon) and we sampled them all. Everybody loved their dish. My mom (a native Icelander) even loved their smoked salmon which they smoke themselves along with the cheese. If you're in the area you MUST try this place.

Small menu selection but huge portions. Pretty decent meals especially if you're feeling famished after heading out to sea to spot whales. The gentleman manning the restaurant/pub is really friendly and very accommodative.

We stayed in Dalvik for one night to whale watch, and had dinner here. Staff are very friendly and welcomed us right away. My husband and I tried the Icelandic lamb and it was delicious. Nice relaxing setting with pool tables, chess etc. Recommend trying if you are in the area. Google shows it closed on Sundays, but the sign on the door lists they are open every day.

Restauracja z bardzo dobrym świeżym jedzeniem, przyjazny właściciel, dobra lokalizacja. To nie tylko restauracja i bar w jednym ale również kopalnia ciekawych historii. Polecam do jedzenia zupę rybną, domowo wędzonego łososia na przystawkę a z dań głównych islandzką jagnięcinę, dorsza pieczonego w piecu, Bleikja. Na deser islandzki skyr z konfiturą jagodową domowej roboty i ciastko czekoladowe. Mniam, mniam.
